Activities on the Island

Milos is the southwesternmost island in the Cyclades group in the Aegean Sea. From east to west it measures about 23 km, from north to south 13 km and its area is estimated at 151 square km. The island is famous for the statue of Aphrodite, a fine piece of Greek Ancient Art, that was discovered on the island and it is today hosted in the Louvre Museum, Paris and is a very popular tourist destination during the summer.  Do not miss a boat trip to Kleftiko, also known as the Sea Meteora, an amazing region on the southern side with exotic water. As with the rest of the islands in Cyclades, it is a very popular destination for water sports, including wind surfing, surfing etc.
